OnePlus 10T skips the alert slider and Hasselblad camera but why ?

 On August 3, OnePlus will unveil its newest flagship-level smartphone to the public, but official renders and extensive specifications leaks are already available. However, OnePlus has now acknowledged two significant errors for the OnePlus 10T, which will definitely worry fans.

The Hasselblad camera branding won't be on the OnePlus 10T, as is patently clear from the official renders. Remember that the OnePlus 9 series was the first thing the two companies produced together? It was said to enhance the colour interaction on OnePlus phones and provide distinctive Hasselblad modes.

Over the course of two phone generations, OnePlus produced some intriguing results, particularly in terms of colour calibration and providing an alternative to the stock camera experience. It was anticipated that OnePlus would deepen its friendship with Hasselblad given the buzz surrounding the partnership, but that doesn't seem to be the case any longer, at least not on the OnePlus 10T.

The goal with the OnePlus 10T, according to the company, was to deliver "an ultimate performance flagship smartphone at the device's chosen price point," according to a recent interview. Remember that the OnePlus 10T is said to be a complete flagship device with features like Qualcomm's top-tier Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chip, high-resolution camera sensors, and probably 150W fast charging support as well.

Alert slider, RIP

The alert slider, which allowed you to quickly switch between silent and vibrate modes, has been one of the most distinctive aspects of OnePlus phones. However, given that the alert slider disappeared from some of the Nord models, it appears that it will be sacrificed on the OnePlus 10T. Hope Liu, lead designer at OnePlus, gave The Verge an explanation of why trying to get rid of the sound profile slider was necessary in order to make space inside the phone's chassis.
